Butterflies - Doombringer

Glass butterflies and moths are the messengers of Lannish aristocracy. They are made of soft metal and painted glass, polished and scented with aromatic oils. Glass butterflies can be used as a beautiful decoration but usually they are charmed so that they can deliver a short message to a certain person.
Letters can be sent with any glass butterfly but there are certain traditions and preferences. For example, The doombringer is one that people fear to get. It doesn't carry any letters, it is the message itself. It warns that the person will be put to death according to law, but this moth is a sign that they're given a last chance to flee and save their lives.
