Butterflies - Brisa

Glass butterflies and moths are the messengers of Lannish aristocracy. They are made of soft metal and painted glass, polished and scented with aromatic oils. Glass butterflies can be used as a beautiful decoration but usually they are charmed so that they can deliver a short message to a certain person.
Letters can be sent with any glass butterfly but there are certain traditions and preferences. For example, Brisa is used to deliver invitations to a popular Lannish holiday - Primpose Day, the celebration of spring, the beginning of a new year. These butterflies also bring a seed which people can plant and see what flower they got.
